We are
happy to welcome you to our home. Enjoy the excitement of
Sunapee Harbor just seconds away, without the nightly
noise and daily boat trailer traffic outside your door. The only hotel that offers Lake Sunapee swimming
within walking distance! (Unfortunately there is
no
lodging directly on Lake Sunapee also there is NO
Swimming allowed in the Harbor) Fabulous views of Mount
Sunapee! The only outdoor heated pool in the Sunapee
Area!!
Enjoy
swimming or relax poolside with Mt. Sunapee in view. Have
a cookout at the pool with outdoor gas grills. Stroll our
three acres, or walk down to the Harbor or hike Mount
Sunapee's many trails. The Burkehaven enjoys the advantage
of the Lake Sunapee Town Beach, just a two minute drive
away. We also have swimming and fishing just 300 feet away
at the Burkehaven Cove.

 The Burkehaven Lodge has a total of
11 rooms.
9 rooms with 2 double beds, one room with a king bed, and
the Family Suite.
ALL have private bath, color Cable TV,
microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee,
toaster and eating area. All rooms have hair dryers. Daily maid
service is included.
All rooms now have electric fireplaces.
